Meet Shael B. Jacobson, C.P.A.
Shael B. Jacobson, CPA based in Culver City, CA, is passionate about helping small-to-medium-sized businesses and individuals succeed by combining straightforward advice and personalized attention with experienced tax and business planning.
Shael has over 45 years of diversified experience in working with clients to fulfill their accounting needs, analyze financial statements, create short and long-term business plans, do tax planning and to prepare corporate, partnership, individual and trust tax returns.
As an Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, Shael also works closely with his clients to install, set-up, and maintain their QuickBooks accounting systems, and provide QuickBooks training so clients and their staff can maintain accurate financial records.
In addition to his accounting practice, Shael teaches several bookkeeping and accounting courses at UCLA Extension, and has previously developed courses on computerized accounting and QuickBooks at the college level.
Mr. Jacobson is a graduate of Woodbury University and has operated his own accounting firm since January, 1979, after previous positions at the firms of Seidman & Seidman (now BDO) and Troulman, Levy & Company.
When not working, Mr. Jacobson enjoys music, playing guitar, and classic cars.
Shael B. Jacobson is licensed in all of California, and service clients primarily in Southern California, including Los Angeles County and Ventura County, cities and surrounding areas of Culver City, Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Marina Del Rey and more.
